This study tests a daily pill called elacestrant in 30 people with advanced uterine sarcomas that have high levels of estrogen receptors. The drug works by blocking and breaking down estrogen receptors, aiming to shrink or slow tumor growth. The main goals are to see how many patients respond and to check for side effects.
