Summary
This study tested a 25-week program called eHOOD for teens in 7th-10th grade who face issues like anxiety, loneliness, or bullying. The program included weekly physical activity, cooking, healthy lifestyle lessons, and online gaming with peers. Researchers wanted to see if the program was practical and well-liked, and how to best measure its effects. 22 teens took part, answering surveys and interviews to help shape future studies.
