First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested a 25-week program called eHOOD for teens in 7th-10th grade facing issues like anxiety, loneliness, or bullying. The program included physical activity, cooking, healthy lifestyle lessons, and online gaming with peers. The goal was not to measure health changes, but to see if the program and its evaluation methods were practical and acceptable. Only 22 teens participated, and the study focused on whether they would join, stay, and complete surveys and interviews.
