Can two eggs a day grow healthier babies?

NCT ID NCT06405360

Summary

This study is testing whether eating two eggs daily during pregnancy can help babies grow longer at birth and develop better. It involves 956 pregnant women in Rwanda, who are randomly assigned to either eat two eggs a day or continue their usual diet. The goal is to see if this simple, affordable food can prevent early growth problems in children.
