Summary

This study tests a telehealth version of a fall prevention program for older adults (65+) who come to the emergency department after a fall. Participants receive physical therapy and pharmacy advice via video while in the ER, plus follow-up calls for 6 months. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and reduces future falls.
