Summary
This study tested Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), a therapy that combines talking with tapping on acupuncture points, to see if it helps with pain and anxiety after total knee replacement. 80 patients were enrolled, and their pain and anxiety levels were measured on the first and second days after surgery. The goal was to find a simple, non-drug way to improve recovery.
