Summary
This study tested a special massage technique to prevent or reduce stretch marks in first-time pregnant women. 42 women between 20-30 years old with a healthy weight participated. They massaged their belly in a specific direction twice or three times daily from week 17 until birth. The goal was to see if this simple method could keep stretch marks from forming or make them less severe.
