Summary

This study tested a special massage technique to prevent or reduce stretch marks in first-time pregnant women. 42 women between 20-30 years old with a healthy weight participated. They performed the massage on their belly twice daily from week 17 to 28, then three times daily until birth. The study measured stretch mark severity at three points during pregnancy.
