NCT ID NCT07171619

First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study looked at how two common stomach acid reducers (famotidine and rabeprazole) affect the levels of the drug nirogacestat in the blood. Twenty-four healthy men took nirogacestat alone and with each acid reducer. The goal was to see if these stomach medications change how much nirogacestat gets into the body.
