This study looks at 20 adults with short bowel syndrome who rely on IV nutrition (parenteral support). Researchers want to see how the IV fluids change liver stiffness readings from a FibroScan, so doctors can know the best time to check the liver. The goal is to improve monitoring of liver health in these patients.
