Baby brain scans may predict future learning issues after heart surgery

Summary
This study looks at whether brain wave tests (EEG) done before and after heart surgery in babies under 1 year old can help predict future learning, attention, or autism problems. About 50 babies with congenital heart disease will be followed. The goal is to find early signs of brain injury so doctors can offer the right support sooner.
