Summary
This study aims to measure how meditation and mindfulness practices affect the brain and mental well-being. Researchers will enroll 100 US adults to use a special EEG headband at home that tracks their brainwaves in real-time. The goal is to turn personal experiences of meditation into objective data to better understand its impact on stress, focus, and consciousness.
