Summary
This small study tested whether enhanced external counterpulsation (EECP) therapy can improve heart and lung function in adults with long COVID. Ten participants received EECP sessions either one or two hours daily for several weeks. Researchers measured exercise capacity, symptoms, and quality of life to see if the therapy helps ease persistent fatigue and breathing problems.
