Can videos help seniors recover better from bladder cancer surgery?

Summary
This study is testing whether an educational video program can help older adults with bladder cancer prepare for and recover from major surgery (cystectomy). Participants are randomly assigned to watch videos before surgery, with some also receiving extra geriatric support after surgery. The goal is to see if these strategies reduce complications, improve quality of life, and lower hospital readmission rates.
