First seen Mar 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This pilot study will test whether a single 60-minute group session about safe exercise during pregnancy can improve women's knowledge, confidence, and physical activity levels. Thirty pregnant women with low-risk pregnancies will be randomly assigned to receive either standard prenatal care or standard care plus the educational session. The study is purely educational and does not require any exercise. Results will be measured two weeks after the session.
