New program aims to bridge healthcare and schools for kids with delays

Summary
This study tests a program called Preschool and Me (PreM) that connects doctors and schools to help children aged 3-5 with developmental delays get special education services. About 320 parent-child pairs will join to see if the program improves access to therapies and school programs. The goal is to reduce racial and income-based gaps in care.
