Nursing Leaders' safety views tested after training

Summary
This study looks at whether a special education program on patient safety can shift the way nursing leaders and educators in a Saudi medical city think about safety culture. About 102 head nurses, assistant head nurses, and educators will fill out a survey before the training, then again 3 and 6 months later. The goal is to see if their perceptions change over time.
