Summary
This study looks at whether a special education program about patient safety can shift the views of nursing leaders and educators in a Saudi medical city. About 102 head nurses, assistant head nurses, and educators will take a survey before the training, then again 3 and 6 months later. The goal is to see if their understanding of patient safety culture improves over time.
