Summary
This study tests whether mobile app or video education helps organ transplant patients improve their quality of life, stick to their lifelong anti-rejection medications, and manage side effects. About 108 liver or kidney transplant recipients will receive either standard paper education or digital training. The goal is to see if modern teaching methods can reduce missed medications and improve well-being.
