Summary

This study tests whether educational methods, including a mobile app, can improve quality of life, medication adherence, and symptom control in 108 adults who have had a liver or kidney transplant. Participants must own a smartphone and be at least three months post-transplant. The goal is to help patients manage lifelong immunosuppressive therapy and reduce the risk of organ rejection.
