Summary

This study tested a structured education program based on the Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills (IMB) Model in 100 women aged 44-60 experiencing hot flashes during menopause. The program aimed to reduce hot flash interference with daily life and improve overall menopausal symptoms and quality of life. Participants were split into two groups: one received the education, the other received no intervention. Results will show if this non-drug approach can effectively ease hot flash burden.
