Summary
This study tests whether a structured education program based on the Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills (IMB) model can help women aged 44-60 better manage hot flashes during menopause. One group of 100 women receives the education, while another group gets no extra support. Researchers measure how much hot flashes interfere with daily life and overall quality of life after 1 and 3 months.
