Summary
This study tests whether a special ashwagandha extract can reduce menopause symptoms like hot flashes and improve quality of life. About 90 women with moderate-to-severe symptoms will take either the herb or a placebo for several weeks. Researchers will measure symptom scores and hormone levels to see if the supplement works.
