Summary
This research aims to understand the mental health needs of Ecuadorian teenagers aged 14-19. Researchers will study how lifestyle factors and social conditions affect emotional wellbeing in 1,450 adolescents from Quito. The findings will help design better prevention strategies and inform public health policies to support teen mental health.
