Summary
This study tested whether Ectoin nasal spray helps relieve symptoms of acute sinusitis compared to another medication (Sinupret forte). 66 adults used the spray or took the other drug for 14 days. Doctors checked symptoms at day 7 and day 14, and patients kept a daily diary. The goal was to see if the spray reduces sinus pain and improves quality of life.
