Summary
This study tests a new way to monitor muscle activity during electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) for depression, bipolar disorder, or schizophrenia. It compares a standard arm tourniquet with a newer method using a vein tourniquet and low-dose medication. The goal is to see which method works better and causes less pain for patients.
