Summary
This study was designed to understand why electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) for severe depression can cause temporary memory and thinking problems. Researchers planned to use EEG brain wave tests to track changes in brain activity during ECT. The study was withdrawn before enrolling any participants, so no results are available.
