Summary
This study tests a treatment called extracorporeal photopheresis (ECP) for people with Sezary syndrome, a rare type of skin lymphoma. The goal is to see if ECP can reduce the number of cancer cells in the blood. Twenty participants will receive weekly ECP for a month, then every two weeks for five months. Researchers will use advanced genetic tests to track immune responses and tumor changes.
