Summary
This study tested a small device called eCoin that is implanted under the skin near the ankle to stimulate a nerve that helps control the bladder. It included 133 adults with overactive bladder and sudden urine leaks. The goal was to see if the device safely reduces urgent bathroom trips and accidents over about a year.
