Summary
This study tested a small device called eCoin that is placed under the skin near the ankle to stimulate a nerve that controls the bladder. It was designed for people with overactive bladder who leak urine suddenly and have not gotten relief from medicines. The trial enrolled 133 adults and tracked how many had at least a 50% reduction in leaks over nearly a year.
