Green eating 101: study tests if Eco-Nutrition classes boost food smarts

Summary
This study looked at whether a 5-week eco-friendly nutrition class could improve women's knowledge about sustainable food and their eating habits. 122 women from a local Women's Club took part. They filled out surveys before, right after, and one month after the class to measure changes in food literacy and sustainable nutrition behaviors.
