Summary
This study looks at whether having non-medical teams (like firefighters or paramedics) perform ECGs for suspected heart attacks can get patients to treatment faster. Researchers will compare arrival times at the hospital for 350 adults who had a specific type of heart attack. The goal is to see if using these teams helps speed up care without increasing risks.
