This study tested whether adding a forceps biopsy to the standard needle biopsy improves diagnosis of sarcoidosis in people with enlarged lymph nodes in the chest. 55 adults with suspected sarcoidosis underwent both procedures. Researchers compared how often each method provided a clear diagnosis and checked for complications.
