New combo therapy tested for tough cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called EBC-129, alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumours that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if tumours shrink. About 98 adults aged 18 or older (21 in Singapore) who weigh between 40 and 120 kg can join.
