New drug combo tested for tough cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called EBC-129, given alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumours that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose. About 98 adults will take part.
