Summary
This study is testing a new, easy-to-use tool to help primary care doctors screen older adults for early signs of memory or thinking decline. The tool runs on an iPad and is being tested specifically with 100 Spanish-speaking patients aged 60 and older. The goal is to make early detection of cognitive issues quicker and more accessible during regular check-ups, so people can get help sooner.
