Summary
This study is testing a new, automated tool designed to help primary care doctors quickly screen older adults for early signs of memory or thinking problems. The tool runs on an iPad and will be tested with 500 adults aged 60 and older during their regular clinic visits. The goal is to make screening faster and easier so more people can be identified and helped sooner.
