Summary

This study looked at two ways to help Veterans with chronic insomnia get better sleep without medication. Researchers trained primary care providers to deliver a short behavioral treatment for insomnia and gave some providers extra support. The goal was to see if more Veterans would receive this effective treatment and if their sleep improved.
