Summary
This study looks at two treatment paths for people with Crohn's disease that has caused narrowing (strictures) in the bowel. One group gets surgery early, while the other tries biologic drugs first and only has surgery if needed. The goal is to see which approach helps patients feel better within a year. About 138 adults with active inflammation and failed prior treatments will take part.
