Could early radiation stop cancer from breaking bones?

Summary
This study tests whether giving radiation early to bone tumors that are not yet causing major symptoms can prevent serious bone problems like fractures or spinal cord compression. About 90 adults with solid cancers that have spread to the bone will be randomly assigned to either standard care alone or standard care plus early radiation. The goal is to see if early treatment reduces bone complications over one year.
