NCT ID NCT07534670
First seen Apr 23, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at how daily patterns like sleep, activity, and when you eat in early pregnancy relate to blood sugar levels and the risk of gestational diabetes. About 140 pregnant women without diabetes will either use wearable devices and a food app to track their habits or receive usual care. The goal is to see if self-monitoring can improve blood sugar control and help predict later pregnancy outcomes.
