Summary

This study tests whether starting two oral drugs (cyclosporine and eltrombopag) early, at lower doses, is safe and practical for people with severe aplastic anemia, a rare blood disorder. Participants aged 3 and older take these drugs for 6 months, then may receive standard therapy. The goal is to see if this approach reduces side effects and improves outcomes.
