New tool aims to detect brain fog early in cancer immunotherapy patients

Summary
This study tests a tool kit called SALSA that tracks stress, mood, and speech to spot thinking problems early in people receiving CAR-T therapy for cancer. About 38 adults will use the tool during their hospital stay. The goal is to see if it's practical and better than current methods at catching cognitive side effects.
