Summary
This study tested a new care plan that gets people eating and moving earlier after lung surgery. 232 adults having chest surgery were split into two groups: one got the new early-care plan, the other got standard care. The goal was to see if early feeding and activity could improve recovery quality, reduce complications, and shorten hospital stays.
