New scan combo could spot pancreatic cancer without surgery

Summary
This study aims to detect pancreatic cancer early in 25 people with high-risk pancreatic cysts using a combination of special PET and MRI scans along with blood tests. The goal is to avoid unnecessary surgery by identifying cancer without invasive procedures. Participants will undergo imaging and blood draws before their planned surgery to see if the tests can accurately tell if cancer is present.
