Summary

This study is testing if starting a stronger antipsychotic medication called clozapine earlier is better for people with schizophrenia. It's for adults whose first medication didn't work well. Researchers will compare the effects of this early, intensified treatment to the usual second-choice medications over six weeks.

EARLY TREATMENT-RESISTANCE SCHIZOPHRENIA AND RELATED DISORDERS
