Summary

This study is testing if starting a more effective antipsychotic medication (clozapine) earlier helps people with schizophrenia better than the usual next-step treatments. It's for adults whose first medication didn't work well. The goal is to see if this faster, stronger approach leads to better symptom control, fewer hospital stays, and a better quality of life.
