NCT ID NCT07149922
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looks at whether raising blood pressure soon after aneurysm repair surgery can improve recovery for people who had a brain bleed (subarachnoid hemorrhage). About 750 adults aged 18-75 will either have their blood pressure raised or lowered to specific targets within 72 hours after surgery. Researchers will check their recovery at 30, 90, and 180 days to see if the approach helps and what side effects occur.
