Summary

This study aims to better understand and detect a type of inflammatory arthritis (axial spondyloarthritis) in people with chronic back pain, where diagnosis is often delayed for years. Researchers will follow 250 participants to learn about the early disease course and test a new 6-month physiotherapy-led support program. The goal is to improve early diagnosis, treatment, and quality of life for people with this condition.
