NCT ID NCT03307057
First seen Jan 03, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested two ways to help infants at risk for autism: teaching parents about early social communication milestones and providing either parent-led or clinician-led therapy for babies showing early signs. About 269 families with a high-risk infant (who has an older sibling with autism) took part. The goal was to see which approach improves parent-child interaction and child development from 6 to 30 months of age.
